Coaching

A coaching relationship is based upon trust and mutuality, with a focus on the client’s experience in their role.

We offer clients a confidential space to:

  • Better understand and navigate their organisational context

  • Deepen awareness of their strengths as well as how they may limit their choices and learning

  • Engage in insightful reflection, making sense of their experiences so that core issues can be surfaced and addressed

  • Have a go at doing things differently to gain further insights, develop new skills and strategies, and improve their relationships and impact

This is most effective where the client:

  • Is curious about themselves, others, and their context

  • Is committed to their own development and actively wants coaching

  • Already has some capacity for self-reflection

Each individual and their context is unique, which means we do not bring a fixed coaching methodology or tools. We work together to understand what is appropriate for you in your context.

  • “Helen has a great natural style and is skilled in getting to the nub of an issue very quickly. She was a pleasure to work with and I learnt a great deal from her about how to instigate and deliver meaningful and sustainable change.”
