Coaching
A coaching relationship is based upon trust and mutuality, with a focus on the client’s experience in their role.
We offer clients a confidential space to:
Better understand and navigate their organisational context
Deepen awareness of their strengths as well as how they may limit their choices and learning
Engage in insightful reflection, making sense of their experiences so that core issues can be surfaced and addressed
Have a go at doing things differently to gain further insights, develop new skills and strategies, and improve their relationships and impact
This is most effective where the client:
Is curious about themselves, others, and their context
Is committed to their own development and actively wants coaching
Already has some capacity for self-reflection
Each individual and their context is unique, which means we do not bring a fixed coaching methodology or tools. We work together to understand what is appropriate for you in your context.
