Organisation Design

We help you find better ways of organising and working together, whether this means greater efficiency and productivity, more effective ways of collaborating, reduced costs, or (probably) a focus on several outcomes.

Effective organisation design involves working beyond the boxes and wiring of organisation charts. It requires figuring out how to best align effort to your purpose and strategic goals through a process that inspires fresh thinking, creates the space for conversations about what’s really at stake, and builds alignment and internal ownership.

Our approach combines analytical rigour and technical organisation design capability, with pragmatism and deep expertise in what it takes to create change in complex human systems. What this means in reality is that although we are skilled in project management and the technical aspects of organisation design work, we also have the expertise to partner with you in navigating the mess and unpredictability of change. This means paying attention to the underlying power dynamics, the unspoken rules of ‘how we do things around here' and the stories that people are telling that can both enable and get in the way of change.

Because this is where change really happens.
